If you’re running late, please let us know. After 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited. Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to a rescheduled appointment if you give us at least 24 hours' notice. If you’re feeling unwell or have a contagious condition, please let us know as soon as possible. We’ll happily reschedule your appointment without penalty. Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens! To respect both your time and ours, please review our cancellation policy below:
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a fee.
• If you cancel within 24 hours, a 20% cancellation fee will be charged.
• No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service and may result in restricted future bookings.
• If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled and considered a no-show.
